  Not knowing much about Jewelry I probably would have ended up at a chain store to buy my now fiancé’s engagement ring, fortunately I was talked into using Ken and Daughter by some friends who have also had great experiences. The customer service is off the charts. I had a bunch of difficult special requests and Greg handled them without any hang ups , was happy to oblige, and got back to me fast. I ended up walking away with what my fiancé now refers to as her “dream ring” thanks to Greg hunting down the perfect diamond for me. Legitimately, could not have asked for a better experience.
